Feasibility Studies & Request For Quotation Development

1. Preliminary design including feasibility studies can be developed based on Authorities’ requirements.

2. Based on the output of the feasibility studies and preliminary design, Request for Quotation will be developed for submittal to bidders.

Bid Management / Budgetary Pricing / Pricing
  1. Support to the preparation of Technical and Commercial offers, including the interfacing with OEMs.
  2. Table(s) of compliance.
  3. Budgetary project cost calculations, based on previous similar size and scope project.
  4. Pricing for the project and pricing strategy suggestions.
OEM / Supplier Selection, Interaction, Relationship and Negotiation
  1. Preparation of RFQ / BoQ for OEM(s)/Service Suppliers quotation.
  2. Suggestion of possible OEM(s) or Service Suppliers, preliminary interaction for PRIME’s qualification.
  3. Management of the technical relationship with OEM.
  4. Support to negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with OEM(s) and service suppliers.
Scope of work definition
  1. Definition of equipment and services to be supplied.
  2. Recommended share of responsibilities, both internal (PRIME – VT) and external (CUSTOMER – Prime and Prime – OEM(s)).
